12 fantastic PS1 games we want to play on PS4
What good is all that state of the art technology if it doesn't play Crash Bandicoot? With the news that Sony is looking into bringing classic PS1 and PS2 titles to the PlayStation 4, we've been having a nostalgic day thinking back to some of our favourite games from years ago. Here's a look at some of the classic PS1 games we want to play on the PS4.
Crash Bandicoot
Surprise, surprise! It's a classic and Crash needs to make a comeback one day, but for now we'd settle playing the originals.
Spyro
Spyro could fly. Or he could glide. But it was still incredibly fun and we want more!
Croc
Yet another platformer, but this one had a crocodile wearing a backpack! They don't make them like they used to.
Tomb Raider
Ahead of its time, we also remember Tomb Raider as being infuriatingly hard. That camera!
Wipeout
Who wanted to play with 'realistic' cars when you could race in futuristic spaceships?
Resident Evil
To this day it remains one of the scariest gaming experiences we've ever had. Ever! That intro!
Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee
Definitely one of the strangest games we've ever played. Abe could fart!
Crash Team Racing
We've probably put more hours into Crash Team Racing than most modern RPGs. So addictive with friends.
Tekken
To this day we still remember the iconic characters from the original. Heihachi and King were our favourites.
PaRappa the Rapper
The gameplay would be terrible now, but that music is still pretty catchy.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
The only game to ever make me care about skateboarding. A true classic.
Driver
One of the games that kickstarted open-world environments, Driver will always remain in our hearts.
