The Last Guardian might miss out on 2013

Sony won't commit to a launch window for The Last Guardian so fans aren't dissapointed.

The game has seen multiple delays in the past few years, it was originally supposed to launch in 2011.

Now Sony Worldwide Studios president, Shuhei Yoshida, has refused to confirm whether it will be released in 2013.

"No, sorry, I can not say that," Yoshida told Jeux Video (translated by Google). "Because the last time we talked about a date for The Last Guardian, we finally disappointed many people."

However Yoshida said the game is definitely in development and that the team is working hard.

"But I can tell you that the team is working hard on the project, including the engine. It is precisely because the teams working on the technical aspect of the game that we have nothing concrete to show you today.

"So now I'm waiting for the right time to introduce you to The Last Guardian and speak with confidence of a release date."
