Gearbox releases Borderlands 2 patch
Gearbox Software has released a patch for Borderlands 2 that fixes the 'Graveyard' bug for Xbox 360 users.
The bug caused problems to online players by replacing saved files with 'infected' ones, meaning that characters became unplayable.
Now Gearbox claims that the issue has been dealt with and Xbox 360 players are safe to go online again.
"Added security to prevent data loss tied to malicious violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct through an unsupported third-party program," reads a statement on the Gearbox Software Support page.
The bug hadn't effected PlayStation 3 or PC users.
