Mirror's Edge 2 reportedly in the works

Mirror's Edge 2 is reportedly in the works at DICE, according to a former EA employee.

Earlier vice president of EA Games, Patrick Soderlund, said that DICE was working on projects that had nothing to do with Battlefield.

Now general manager of ngmoco Sweden and former free-to-play boss at EA, Ben Cousins, has revealed that Mirror's Edge 2 is in development at the studio.

"It is general knowledge in the Stockholm dev scene that Mirror's Edge 2 is in production at DICE," he said on Twitter.

A sequel to Mirror's Edge has long been rumoured, with EA Labels boss Frank Gibeau stating earlier this year that it's on EA's list of things to do.
