Dead Space 3 demo dropping this month

EA has announced that a Dead Space 3 demo will be available to download later this month.

Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 users can get their hands on the demo from 22 January, which will feature a 'customised portion of Tau Volantis' to play in.

Single and cooperative play will be available to try out, while EA also confirmed that Kinect voice controls would also be included in the demo.

"Dead Space 3 is the first game to feature co-op specific voice commands for the Kinect," said EA.

"Using your voice, you can find your partner, revive him, trade ammo and health packs in co-op, while in single-player, you'll have access to commands such as the ability to reload weapons, heal yourself, locate objectives and open menus."

The demo is not currently planned to be available on PC.
