Project RPG from The Witcher developers
City Interactive and Deck13 have announced a new RPG, currently named "Project RPG".
The game will be set 1,000 years after the death of a God whose corpse is a mountain which divides the world in two; and on either side of the mountain is a tribe with their own beliefs, according to a report from DigitalSpy.
As a player you will be placed smack in the centre, but must choose which tribe to join early in the game. And each tribe will look similar. In fact, the only way you can tell them apart will be by their "behaviour and fighting style".
The game will be led by Tomasz Gop, senior producer on The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and the combat is inspired by Dark Souls, Kingdoms of Amalur and Batman: Arkham City.
The game is due to be released next year, and we'll keep you up to date with any more information as it comes.
