Syndicate developer working on sci-fi shooter Storm

A new sci-fi shooter called Storm is in development from Syndicate and Chronicles of Riddick studio Starbreeze.

PlaySyndicate spotted the new IP on the same list as other Starbreeze projects currently in the works, including Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and Payday 2.

There is no news of a release date or launch platforms, but it has been confirmed as a co-op title.

"Currently in development," reads the listing. "Co-op Sci-Fi FPS. It is our future."

There are rumours that Storm could be the new name given to Cold Mercury, a free-to-play shooter that was scrapped last year.
