Battlefield 4 reveal 'in about 90 days'

EA has said that more Battlefield 4 information will be released 'in about 90 days'.

Battlefield 4 was officially announced by EA last year but no real details were revealed.

Now EA Labels president, Frank Gibeau, said that a lot more Battlefield 4 news would be coming very soon.

"We've already talked a little bit about that we have a Battlefield title coming next year, but we're not in a position right now to talk about our development plans and our SKU plan long term," Gibeau said in a financial call.

"That will come in about 90 days when we get to show you some Battlefield stuff."

That means Battlefield 4 details could be announced just weeks after the next-generation Xbox and PlayStation are revealed.

EA CEO, John Riccitiello, also pointed towards Battlefield 4 arriving on the next-gen consoles.

"We think Battlefield and FIFA are going to help us lead as we move into the next set of technology opportunities and platform opportunities, and continue to get bigger."
