Uncharted 3 multiplayer goes free-to-play
Language »
Naughty Dog has announced that Uncharted 3's multiplayer is now free-to-play.
The multiplayer previously required an online pass to play, but now it's been opened up to everyone as a standalone product on the PlayStation Network.
All free-to-play players will join the same servers as those playing multiplayer with the full game.
Players will be allowed to reach level 15 before having to pay a fee to level up further. Alternatively you can continue to play for free without paying a fee, but you'll just stay at level 15.
You can also pay to unlock co-op play, split-screen and map packs.
