Capcom has confirmed that Resident Evil 6 will be getting a new multiplayer mode and new maps next month.
The multiplayer mode is called Siege, and it involves two teams competing over a group of rookies. One team has to protect the group, while the other team has to kill the group.
New maps include Rail Yard, High Seas Fortress, Catacombs, Requiem for War, Liquid Fire, Rooftop Mission and Creature Workshop.
Siege mode will cost 320 Microsoft Points or £3.19 GBP, while the map pack will cost 400 Microsoft Points or £3.99 GBP.
Both will be available to download from 5 March on Xbox 360, before being made available on the PS3 a day later.
