Warner Bros. has announced Batman: Arkham Origins for current-generation consoles and PC.
Origins is the next game in the Arkham series, and is a prequel to Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.
WB Games Montreal is also handling development this time round so Rocksteady, the studio behind the last two games, doesn't appear to be involved at all.
Players will take on the role of a younger Batman, who gets to meet the iconic characters from the series for the first time.
A 3DS and PlayStation Vita spin-off called Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate is also in the works, and that will launch the same day as the full game on 25 October.
No mention was given of Batman: Arkham Origins arriving on next-gen consoles.
