The Order: 1886 trademark filed by Sony

Update: It appears as though "The Order" was trademarked a month ago by Sony's office in Benelux.

Killzone studio Guerilla Games is also located in Benelux, so it could be a new IP from them.

Sony has filed a trademark for video game software called The Order: 1886.

The owner of the trademark appears to be California based Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, suggesting that a new game could be on the way.

God of War studio Sony Santa Monica is based out of California, although it's hard to see how The Order: 1886 would fit into that particular franchise.
