Free map and mode coming to Gotham City Impostors
Monolith has announced that a free update is on the way for Gotham City Impostors.
The downloadable Batman-themed shooter will soon be getting a new map, a new mode, and some extra voice support across PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
You'll be able to battle around East End, a map with "bigger open areas and tighter hallways" than any other map in the game, which should pose some unique tactical challenges.
You'll also be able to play a new Bounty Hunter mode, in which a coin bestowing temporary buffs is dropped every time a player dies; either power up using coins dropped by those you kill, or stick with your teammates and pick up their coins when they fall to deny your enemies.
Finally, some extra voice languages will be added, meaning that all of the in-game voices will now be audible in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
No word on when we'll be seeing this free update, but Gotham City Impostors - offering some of the most mobile combat since Tribes - is available now.
