WWE 2K14 coming in October

Take-Two has confirmed that wrestling title WWE 2K14 will launch on 29 October.

The news came during the release of the publisher's financial results for Q4 fiscal 2013, where the firm said Yuke's "signature gameplay" would be combined with "2K's commitment to authenticity".

This will be the first WWE game published under the Take-Two umbrella, after the company acquired the rights in the THQ IP auction earlier this year.

It's also been previously been announced that The Rock will be the cover star for WWE 2K14.
