Splinter Cell: Blacklist co-op trailer revealed
Ubisoft has released a trailer showing the game mechanics for the co-op element of its upcoming Splinter Cell title, Blacklist.
The trailer shows both Sam Fisher of Splinter Cell fame, and agent Isaac Briggs, a CIA operative, working together to eliminate yet another terrorist attack.
The co-op element, a mode which failed to deliver last time around with any great Conviction, has been streamlined and players can chose to play as either the franchise's respected hero, Fisher, or the aforementioned alternative CIA operative Briggs.
Ubisoft says the co-op element will allow two players to play through four mission types across 14 maps. It even offers a local split-screen experience, something we're seeing very little of these days.
According to Ubisoft, you'll be able to access areas you'd not have been able to access alone and in the main campaign, and we're sure you can expect to see a few more trophies and achievements for completing it co-op.
We'll be looking at Blacklist later in the week when we are at the London MCM Comic Con, so be sure to check back next week for more on the game and exclusive gameplay footage. In the meantime, enjoy the trailer!
