Grid 2 Special Edition is most expensive videogame ever
Codemasters has announced Grid 2: Mono Edition, priced at £125,000 GBP and now the world's most expensive videogame.
The Mono Edition is available to only one customer and the reason it comes with such a ridiculous price tag is because it includes the BAC Mono supercar.
The 170 m.p.h vehicle actually stars in the game, and its 2.3 litre engine can propel the car from 0-60 miles in around 2.8 seconds.
"BAC is immensely proud and excited at the release of GRID 2: Mono Edition; a game which offers an opportunity for one lucky person to own a truly unique supercar," claimed BAC Mono project director Neill Briggs.
"Codemasters has developed a stunning game which focuses on delivering the ultimate driving experience and Mono is the ultimate expression of this, in both the real and virtual worlds."
The Mono Edition also comes with a PlayStation 3 and, fortunately, a copy of Grid 2.
