"Future of Final Fantasy" to be showcased at E3

Square Enix is gearing up to reveal "the future of Final Fantasy" at its E3 press conference next week.

That's according to invites received by members of the gaming press, so expect to hear much more on Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

We might even get a glimpse of a completely new Final Fantasy game for next-gen consoles.

The Square Enix E3 conference is set to take place on 11 June at 4pm GMT.
