PS4 is region free, has upgradable hard drive

Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 is region free, and that the 500GB hard drive can be swapped-out.
This means that games will work across multiple countries without the need to buy another copy, much like the PlayStation 3.
Players can also replace the hard drive if they run out of space.
"PS4 is region free," said Sony's Shuhei Yoshida on Twitter.
"And yes, PS4's HDD is upgradable like PS3," he added.
This is in stark contrast to the Xbox One, which will feature region-locked games and does not allow the hard drive to be swapped.
Yesterday Sony revealed a whole host of new details for the PS4 at its E3 conference, including a price and what the console looks like.
