Xbox One games to be same price as current-gen titles

Xbox One games will be priced the same as Xbox 360 games, according to a Microsoft spokesperson.

The unnamed source told Kotaku that the $60 USD price tag that big Xbox 360 games currently launch with would carry over to the next-generation.

PlayStation 4 games are expected to continue at $60 USD as well, although Sony's Shuhei Yoshida wasn't keen to share details just yet.

Last week Microsoft confirmed that Xbox One would go on sale for $499 USD, much higher than the PS4's $399 USD price.
