New game Zwei announced from Resident Evil creator
Language »
Shinji Mikami, creator of Resident Evil, has announced a new survival horror game working title Zwei.
The game will come from Mikami's new studio, Tango Gameworks, which is owned by ZeniMax Asia meaning it'll be published by Bethesda when it's ready to release.
The game is "packed with Mikami-like survival horror elements" a report on Famitsu states, and it's the first Mikami game since Vanquish, which was released two years ago.
It's likely the game will be developed for the next generation of consoles, with a current gen version too, but we'd be surprised not to see it on the Wii U as we expect it to ship in 2013.
We'll have more news, and screenshots, soon so keep tuned.
