Sega is suing recently bankrupt publisher THQ for nearly $1million USD due to Company of Heroes 2 pre-orders on Steam.
The claim is worth $941,710.93, which is the amount of money Valve paid to THQ for the pre-orders of the strategy title on Steam.
Overall there were 20,755 pre-orders for Company of Heroes 2 on the Steam service up to 24 January 2013.
Sega believes that it is entitled to the money as Valve paid it to THQ after 19 December 2012, the date the publisher filed for bankruptcy protection.
Sega is now one of the potential creditors who claim that collectively they're owed over $200million USD by THQ.
