Kinect Sports Rivals delayed

Kinect Sports Rivals has been delayed until next year and is no longer an Xbox One launch title.

The Kinect game, in development at Rare, has been pushed back so that extra polish can be added to the final version.

Kinect Sports Rivals has been said to scan your body and face into the game to be used as an avatar, while the camera will also be able to detect your skill level.

Friends can then download the data from the cloud and use the avatar in their games.

Kinect Sports Rivals will eventually be released next spring.
