Future BioShock Infinite DLC goes back to Rapture
Irrational Games has revealed that future DLC for BioShock Infinite will take players back to the city of Rapture.
The underwater city of Rapture was the setting for the first two BioShock games, and this time players will control both Booker and Elizabeth as they explore the famous location before its fall.
The DLC is titled 'Burial at Sea' and it comes in two parts, with the first part arriving later this year.
"With the Burial at Sea episodes, we are building a Rapture-based narrative experience that is almost entirely built from scratch," said creative director Ken Levine.
It's set in 1958 on New Year's Eve, the night of the bombing that led to the downfall of Rapture.
The first episode sees you playing as Booker while the second has you controlling Elizabeth, with the gameplay being much different.
"She's not the tank that Booker is, and we'll see how all the stories come together," added Levine.
