Assassin's Creed Liberation HD announced

Ubisoft has announced a high-definition remake of PlayStation Vita title Assassin's Creed Liberation for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
It's a downloadable game and it features a graphical overhaul, remastered music, new gameplay and even new missions.
Liberation came out on the Vita last year and told the story of Aveline, a female assassin in New Orleans.
Assassin's Creed Liberation HD will be available early next year.
