Guerrilla Games has revealed the latest details for the multiplayer in Killzone: Shadow Fall, confirming that there are no XP points.
Instead of traditional XP progression, players will have a series of challenges to complete in order to gain a point to their rank.
These points can then be used on things such as weapon attachments and ability enhancements.
There are over 1500 challenges in the game, and they range from simple commands such as destroying a turret to more complex ones, like killing enemies with a certain weapon at a certain time.

Killzone: Shadow Fall launches as a PlayStation 4 exclusive later this year.
