Uplay heading to Xbox One and PS4

Ubisoft has confirmed that cross-game service Uplay will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Titles such as Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag and Watch Dogs will be compatible with the service, which offers a range of Uplay Win rewards.
An October release date for Uplay PC 4.0 has also been announced, adding Twitch integration.
Now users will be able to stream their games directly using the Twitch service.
An improved download manager and a new social wall is also being added in update 4.0.
