FIFA 14 on 3DS has no gameplay updates or new modes

EA has revealed that the Nintendo 3DS version of FIFA 14 won't come with any gameplay updates or additional modes.

Instead players will have to make do with updates to club kits and squads.

"FIFA 14 Legacy Edition delivers unmatched authenticity that reflects the current football season with updated kits and rosters but no updates to gameplay or game modes," read a description on the Nintendo eShop.

"It features 30 officially licensed leagues, 50 real-world tournaments and 500 authentic clubs."

Despite the minimal changes, FIFA 14 on 3DS will still be a full priced game.

It's also rumoured that FIFA 14 on the PlayStation Vita will only feature updates to kits and squads too.
