Company of Heroes 2 revealed

Company of Heroes 2 is in the works at Relic Entertainment.

The info comes from UK games magazine PC Gamer, which is running the game as its cover story this month, going by a NeoGAF thread.

The World War 2 real-time strategy title - due for launch in 2013 - is set around the Eastern Front, with players taking control of the Russian military. You'll presumably start defending against the Nazi offensive, before shifting to the Soviet counter-attack and the push on Berlin.

There aren't too many details, but snow will have a heavy effect on your troops and tactics. You'll be able to use it as cover, but it'll also be more than capable of slowing down your troops and vehicles.

An official announcement will likely be coming from THQ soon. Keep your eyes open.
