PS4 online to support real names at launch

Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 will allow players to use their real names online if they wish.
The platform-holder revealed the news to Kotaku, saying that the choice is optional.
Players who choose to use their real names when playing online can still switch back to using a handle if they want.
Microsoft has previously said that the Xbox One won't allow players to use their real names for online play at launch, however they are looking to implement the feature in the future.
The PlayStation 4 launches later this year.
