Fallout 4 trademarked by Bethesda

Bethesda has filed a trademark for Fallout 4, fuelling rumours that a new game in the series will be announced at the Video Game Awards next month.

The trademark covers four different categories, including merchandise and digital media.

A teaser website called Survivor 2299 also appeared on Thursday, which features a counter that is set to expire on 11 December, the week of the VGA Awards.

Back in June, Bethesda's Pete Hines claimed that fans shouldn't expect a new installment in the Fallout series any time soon.
