Watch Dogs arriving before June
Ubisoft has confirmed that open-world title Watch Dogs will launch between April and June of this year.
Company boss Yves Guillemot revealed the news to investors during a conference call, but he didn't want to give away a firm date.
However the Wii U version won't arrive at the same time as the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC versions, as Ubisoft is putting all its resources into the platforms with the bigger audiences.
Meanwhile it was announced that Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag has shipped 10 million copies since its release last year.
"Pricing was very strong, almost on par with last year's level," said Guillemot.
"We are extremely proud of this achievement notably in the face of a challenging environment and an exceptionally competitive context."
By comparison, Assassin's Creed 3 shipped 12 million copies in the same time period.
