"Too risky" to put a date on Xbox One system update

It's "too risky" to put a date on the first major system update for the Xbox One, according to Xbox Live director of programming Major Nelson.
The update was scheduled to drop 11 February, but it was delayed as the team at Microsoft added some finishing touches.
Nelson said that while everyone is working hard, he can't yet give a specific team for the update's release.
"I don't have all the details," he said on Reddit.
"Things are moving quickly and all the teams are working extra hard. I don't really like giving dates either. Too risky."
The update will bring hard drive management and a battery meter for the controller.
Microsoft will also be releasing a bigger system update in March, improving party chat functionality and more.
