Over 320,000 PS4's sold in Japan in two days

Reports claim that the PlayStation 4 has sold 322,083 units within two days of launching in Japan.

Gaming magazine Famitsu published the figures and also claimed that by comparison the PlayStation 3 only sold 88,443 units in its opening weekend in 2006.

However the PS4 numbers are below that of the Wii (371,936) and PS2 (630,552).

Earlier this month Sony confirmed that the PS4 had sold 5.3 million units worldwide.
