Scallywags hitting iOS devices this week

Pirate-themed shooter Scallywags will be heading to iOS devices on 20 March.

Players will be put behind a ship's cannon and charged with swiping and tapping to shoot away thieves who are trying to steal your treasure.

Thieves leave behind some swag, too, so you've got to tap the screen quickly to collect it or risk losing it completely.

You also have to tap incoming cannonballs to avoid taking damage, and you can swipe rows of enemies before they run off.

Scallywags also comes with some exciting boss fights against huge sea monsters, and you'll need to work on your technique if you want to take them on.
