Assassin's Creed Unity officially announced
Ubisoft has officially announced Assassin's Creed Unity, heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC at the end of this year.
Earlier this week some screenshots were leaked online, allegedly revealing an Assassin's Creed set in France during the 18th century.
Those screenshots appear to have been genuine.
"We have been working on the new Assassin's Creed for more than three years and although we weren't quite ready to show you our full vision for a next-gen only AC, it seems Abstergo are trying to force our hands!" read a blurb attached to the debut trailer.
Also in the video description was the French phrase: "Qu'ils mangent de la brioche", which stands for "Let them eat cake!".
Watch the first trailer below, which is said to feature in-game footage.
Expect plenty more details on Assassin's Creed Unity in the coming weeks.
