Elder Scrolls Online update to add hard Trials

The first post-launch content update for The Elder Scrolls Online has been detailed, and it'll add ultra hard Trials for the game's veteran players.

The update is called Craglorn and it's been designed to bring new quests to four-player groups and special content for 12-player groups.

The Trials system is a new high difficulty 12-player challenge that will push players to their limits, with environmental hazards, monsters and boss monsters that use unique tactics.

Players will also be going up against the clock, and there's a limit to the number of resurrections your group can make.

Resurrections will be counted against your overall time, too, and all scores feed into a leaderboard so you can compare your performance to everyone else.

The Craglorn update will include a main city, where players are able to go and pick up groups.
