Michel Ancel teases new Beyond Good & Evil 2 artwork

Rayman creator Michel Ancel has teased fans with artwork for Beyond Good & Evil 2, suggesting a re-reveal could be imminent.

The art is for protagonist Jade, while Ancel said the game would be a "good candidate" for a new focus on "serious" titles.

Ancel was discussing Beyond Good & Evil 2 in a Twitch livestream last month, where he said developing Rayman Legends was a nice holiday.

"So we are going to make serious games, man," he claimed, "so Beyond Good & Evil could be a good candidate for making a real serious game now. Enough holidays!"

Hardly anything has been seen of the Beyond Good & Evil sequel since its first reveal back in 2008.

Ancel has publicly spoken before about Ubisoft having high ambitions for the game, and we could be set to hear more in the very near future.
