Xbox One gets external storage support in June
Language »
Microsoft will add the option of external storage support for Xbox One users with an update next month.
External devices will need to support USB 3.0 and have at least 256GB of free space, and once plugged in players can set new games or apps to be installed onto it by default.
You'll be able to have two external drives connected at once.
Microsoft is also adding an automatic sign-in option so Kinect won't have to recognise you before your profile is logged in.
There'll also be the addition of real names, so you can set who can view your real name as well as your gamertag.
