Madagascar: Join the Circus available on iPad

Announced and released yesterday, gamers with a certain adoration for animated classic Madagascar will be pleased to know there is now an app available for purchase on the App Store for iPad.

The game allows you to become the ringleader in a travelling show that tours Europe on its way back to New York City. The aim is to build the world's greatest travelling circus and you'll do that by playing mini-games and by creating new acts and building attractions.

Key features include the customisation (to an extent) of the Big Top tent, you can interact with Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the Hippo, the Penguins and more. You'll also be able to play Marty's Striped Cannonball and sell souvenirs, food and other items to your visitors.

Really, this is a game that combines Zoo Keeper and Theme Zoo and Theme Park. It's worth checking out if you're a fan, but if you're looking for more in-depth gameplay, we suggest you also try one of the aforementioned too.
