Former Gears of War designer Cliff Bleszinski is "coming out of retirement" with an announcement this week.
Bleszinski revealed the news on Twitter yesterday, claiming details of his new project would be uncovered in a few days.
"I'm officially coming out of retirement to make video games again," he said.
"Stay tuned here for details in the next seven days.
"It's going to be a blast to finally tell the story of what brought me back."
Bleszinski has been on a hiatus from game development since leaving Epic back in October 2012, after being with the studio for over two decades.
During his time there he worked on popular titles such as Unreal Tournament, Gears of War and Bulletstorm.
