Evolve pushed back to February

Multiplayer shooter Evolve has been pushed back to 10 February 2015.

It's the second major shooter to be delayed to 2015 after Battlefield Hardline, and apparently the decision was made to add some extra polish.

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said the delay would let Evolve reach "its absolute optimal state" for release.

Zelnick is also hopeful that next-gen console sales over the holiday period will benefit Evolve.

Evolve was originally scheduled to launch 21 October.
