Rumours of Destiny expansion emerge
Information on upcoming Destiny expansion, House of Wolves, has appeared online.
The information, which includes a release date of 19 May, was unearthed by a Reddit user going by the name of megamanexe4, and was acquired by allegedly datamining the game’s files.
Bungie, of course, has refused to verify or deny this, but has warned that all the information that’s been released could change.
The date too is interesting as it’s the same day the game resets and when The Dark Below expansion is due to be released.
Even so, this expansion was never going to be released in full initially, it was due to unlock in March initially, with the rest of the content scheduled to unlock in May. It’s then the build of the features would be activated and become available to players.
And that content is more story missions for the “Queen”, a new raid - currently an unaccessible area in the game - and three new mutliplayer maps. There’s also two new strikes. In addition there will be new armour and weapons too, all of which you can find on the Bungie site here.
