Create your map with Battlefield 4

Dice has decided on using a different approach with Battlefield 4, the community alongside the development team, will create a playable map for the multiplayer level.

The map will be designed according to community input and it will then be tested and tweaked in the CTE, and it will also be available for Battlefield 4 Premium members. 

The community map will be a free download available to all players on all platforms. 

DICE has announced on it's official blog the release of the winter patch during March.
