Animal Crossing still coming to 3DS

Nintendo’s Animal Crossing is still set to arrive on the 3DS.

Rumours that the title was scrapped began to circulate after the game’s no-show at E3 last week.

Nintendo of America president, Reggie Fils-Aime, reassured fans of the franchise by telling Kotaku: “Animal Crossing is a game that is in development.”

Also confirmed is the news that the 3DS game will allow players the choice of working as Mayor of the village.
