Mortal Kombat X will come to mobile devices
Mortal Kombat X will come to mobile devices on April 15, Warner Bros. Interactive has announced.
It’ll be developed by NetherRealm, the guys behind the console development and will be available on pretty much all mobile devices - iOS devices and Android.
The game will be free-to-play and will combine fighting, card collecting, multiplayer team combat and more, according to a press release.
“[W]e’ve expanded the unique cross-connectivity feature that links the mobile and console versions of Mortal Kombat X, delivering unique rewards to all players for simply playing the mobile game.” Said creative director Ed Boon.
And it’s supposed to look as awesome as it can on those devices, with optimised graphics for the mobile devices.
The game will release the day after the console and PC releases, and once launched, players who have the game on PC or console will be able to unlock content for the mobile game using your WB Play account.
We’ll have a review on release, so make sure to come back and check the site closer to release.
