Assetto Corsa coming to Xbox One and PS4

505 Games has announced PC simulator Assetto Corsa will be making its way to the current gen platforms next year.

Assetto Corsa emphasises its gameplay on “physics realism and precision accuracy” according to the press release and will be a standout driving simulation. Developed by Kunos Simulazioni, it’s considered one of the best driving games on PC.

We’ve played Assetto Corsa on PC with and without Oculus. Although the Oculus version is very difficult to get your head around, the PC version was incredible and highly realistic.

And it’s not just the game play and the visuals, but you’ll get to try some truly iconic cars too including Lamborghini and McLaren cars.

There will be over 100 “high-performance” cars including Team Lotus 98T, the Pagani Zonda R, the Ferrari LaFerrari, the Mercedes C9 and the McLaren 650S GT3.
There will be 20 track configurations including some famous courses such as Silverstone as well as single player and multiplayer racing modes - with up to 24 cars on the same track.
