Forza Horizon 3 PC specs and Halo freebie detailed

Not long to go until we'll be racing around Australia.

Ahead of its launch in around a months time, Microsoft has continued the drip feed of information relating to the title.

First of all it's good news for anyone that has either Halo 5 or Halo: The Master Chief Collection on their gamertag, as you'll be graced with a swanky Warthog to use in game at launch. Don't fret if you've not played either title though - as the rugged jeep will be available to acquire in an in-game event further down the line.

Microsoft also announced the required specs to be able to play the game on your PC. As the title is the first in their cross platform initiative, meaning players can buy a copy on either X1 or PC and play it on both and against other players on either platform too, it may be of interest.

Windows 10 users will need the latest version of the operating system (as you would expect) and 55GB of hard drive space. Then you're looking at 12GB RAM, 4GB VRAM and a 3.6GHz CPU to get the best experience. In terms of graphics cards, you'll need an NVIDIA GTA 970 or 1060, or an AMD R9 290X or RX 480. Simple.

So get ready to hit the dirt paths and cities of Oz in ctyle.
