Diablo 3 patch update

Blizzard has made the latest change to Diablo 3 in a huge patch update.

Diablo 3’s patch 1.0.3 is now live in the US with European and Asian servers to be updated today.

Blizzard released a full list of changes included in the new patch on their website.

The patch contains two main fixes, the first is to the drop rates which allow the best items in the game to drop from different places; the second is an adjustment in the Inferno difficulty, creating smoother gameplay.
