Mass Effect 3 Wii U screens, new DLC detailed

BioWare has released screenshots and details for Mass Effect 3 on Wii U.

The game will be a Wii U launch title with a new control scheme designed for the GamePad.

The Extended Cut DLC and multiplayer gaming will also be included.

A BioWare statement said: “BioWare is thrilled to launch our first ever title on a Nintendo console and our Mass Effect team is very proud to have the critically acclaimed Mass Effect 3 experience brought to the Wii U as a launch title.”

BioWare also announced a new piece of single-player DLC for Mass Effect 3.

The next pack will follow Shepard as he hunts a creature named Leviathan in the darkest corners of the galaxy.

New areas of the Citadel will be opened up while new characters and weapons will also be introduced.

The single player DLC is due to arrive within the coming months.
