Hitman: Absolution gets online 'Contracts' mode

Square Enix has released a new trailer revealing the Contracts mode in Hitman: Absolution.

Contracts mode lets players create original kill scenarios with three characters on a level.

Other players are then challenged to kill all the targets in the quickest possible time. Faster completion will earn players extra cash to spend on weapons and disguises to take into other Contracts missions.

Community manager for IO Interactive, Nick Price, wrote on the PS Blog: "Choose a level, an outfit and a load-out, and, as he or she players through the level, tag and assassinate up to three different targets - chosen from anyone within the level.

"The player is free to use any weapon or disguise brought in or found in the level but he must be able to complete the contract himself in order to save it and share it with the world."
